Dispatch

Confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Dispatch means that your parcel has been handed over to our delivery partner; it does not mean delivery within 24 hours.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery time

Most orders to major cities such as Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery to other locations may take longer.

Delivery estimates can be affected by location, courier serviceability, public holidays, weather, or other disruptions.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.
